What you receive with your puppy

Our promise to you

We provide a twelve-month health guarantee against serious hereditary conditions that would significantly affect your puppy’s quality of life. This guarantee reflects our commitment to responsible breeding and long-term support for every family.

If a hereditary condition is suspected within the first year, please contact us promptly and provide a written diagnosis from a qualified veterinarian. We will review the report, consult with our vet if needed, and work with you toward a fair resolution in the best interests of the puppy.

What the guarantee covers

• Hereditary or congenital conditions diagnosed by a qualified veterinarian within twelve months of the handover date
• Conditions that materially impact day-to-day comfort, mobility, or long-term well-being

What the guarantee does not cover

• Injuries, accidents, or illnesses contracted after handover
• Minor or self-limiting issues such as occasional stomach upset
• Conditions arising from improper care, missed vaccinations, or failure to follow veterinary advice
• Cosmetic traits or size and colour outcomes

Owner responsibilities

To keep the guarantee valid, we ask that you register with a local vet soon after your puppy arrives, attend routine check-ups, continue the vaccination schedule recommended by your vet, maintain regular parasite prevention, and provide a balanced diet, exercise, and training suitable for an Australian Shepherd.

Our support after handover

You are never on your own. We are happy to answer questions about nutrition, routine, training, and settling in. If you need guidance, message us and we will help you quickly and clearly. Should you choose insured delivery, we will keep you updated with timings and travel notes so you are ready for the first welcome home.

For security reasons, we do not share health records, microchip details, or other official paperwork online. All documentation can be viewed in person during your visit or will be securely sent along with your Aussie puppy on the day of delivery.
