We’ll arrange a mutually convenient meeting point between our location and yours, ensuring your puppy’s journey remains safe and comfortable.

Personal Collection

Families are always welcome to collect their puppy in person from our base in West Yorkshire.
Collection is by appointment only, allowing us to prepare for your visit and make the experience smooth and personal.

To secure a collection slot, we require a £500 refundable deposit before appointments are scheduled. This deposit is fully returned or applied toward your puppy’s balance at handover. It ensures that each appointment is held exclusively for you, prevents last-minute no-shows, and allows us to prepare your puppy’s travel pack and paperwork in advance.

Many families choose this option to meet us directly, see the puppy’s environment, and make the handover a special moment. You can book a collection appointment once your reservation is confirmed.
